1. Lock the product model
Confirm the exact product series, bulb sizes or projector model and the specification set that the sample will represent.
2. Define brand assets separately
List product marking, logo, label, box, manual, barcode and carton requirements separately so each item can be reviewed and approved.
3. Connect sample approval to QC
Use the approved sample, confirmed specification and approved brand assets as the reference for later production checks.
4. Protect repeat-order consistency
Keep the approved model and packaging references visible on repeat RFQs so changes are identified before production rather than after delivery.
Buyer FAQ
What should be approved before private-label LED headlight production?
Approve the exact product model and specification, branding scope, packaging assets, sample reference and any agreed QC requirements.
Can a buyer request custom packaging without changing the product?
Yes, depending on the confirmed program. Product marking, labels, boxes, manuals and cartons can be treated as separate customization items during RFQ review.
